Language Question

I need quick help. My sister has a new boyfriend - she lives in London and met him there. I went to visit her there for a week, all was good, but she doesn't want to tell me what nationality he is and she says it's not my business. Not that I care too much, I'm just curious ;) I saw some of his documents and Googled a sentece from them, and I found this website. If anyone of you knows what language it is, I would appreciate your reply.
