Latest Outlook Plugin Version, Not Useful - Like the old way better with the Zoho Sent Button

The latest version with the Zoho's Outlook Plugin requires when composing a new email that the contact and email address has to exist in your Outlook Contact record in order for the automatic email attachment to work to update your Zoho Contact or Lead record. 

I think this is a bad idea.  I like the old way when you can use a Zoho Sent Button when composing a new email in Outlook.  Zoho is assuming that companies are using their business contact records from within the Outlook contact records.     Our company does not store our business contacts within Outlook contact folders and probably will not, we will keep business records only within our Zoho CRM. 

Therefore, their automatic attach feature is useless to us and we will have to attach emails after they are sent.  Counter productive.
