Good afternoon,

I've created 3 different Layouts for Leads (outside of the Standard view, which we aren't using) - we'll name them 1, 2 and 3 for simplicity.

We also have Roles assigned to Users, again we'll name them 1, 2 and 3.

What I'm wanting to achieve, is if a User with Role 1 views a Lead then they see Layout 1.  If Role 2 views, then Layout 2 is shown etc etc

I have added Layout Assignment to restrict each Role to a single Layout and set it as default, but they always see the Layout as the last it was set to, regardless of which user has viewed.

For example, I'm Role 1 and view the Lead as Layout 1.  When Role 3 goes to view it should show as Layout 3 as this is all they have access to, but instead they're seeing it as Layout 1 which includes information they shouldn't have access to.

Am I missing something simple here, surely this can be achieved?
