Hello,
I have recently administered the migration of our clients website and I would like some help and clarification regarding how to redirect leads captured using a web form
to one manager that is included in my list of Users using Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook and another who has both Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook and
Zoho Mobile CRM edition.
Basically I want my managers to receive the leads generated by the form embedded in the website to reflect in their Microsoft Outlook and their Mobiles.
I am capturing the leads with no problems whatsoe
ver. I just want to make sure two of the users on my list get the leads as well.
How do I do this?
