These pages are confusing. The Verify identity page has a button that says "Proceed to sign", Some customers may think they are being forced to sign, whereas the documents we send are informational with an option to sign. The "Proceed to sign" but should either be customisable, or should be named "View Document".

The legal disclosure overlay should be optional not default. It is also very confusing. It is headed "verify and sign", This makes customers think they are signing the legal disclosure! This box should be renamed "Esignature Service Information" or something similar. The box that says "verify and sign" should simply say "accept".
