Zoho Apptics already brings all your store reviews into a single dashboard, helping you analyze feedback, identify trends, and understand what users truly expect.
Now, we're bringing you a smarter way to organize and interpret user reviews at scale, designed to simplify analysis.
Organized dashboard
You can find everything related to ASO and store review analysis neatly organized under the ASO folder in the left menu.
This includes:
- Store reviews
- Rating breakdowns
- App performance metrics for iOS apps
Smarter review management with tags and categories
With tags and categories, you can now group, filter, and analyze reviews with greater precision–especially when handling large volumes of feedback across releases, features, or devices.
This helps you:
- Categorize reviews using predefined or custom tags
- Group related tags under meaningful categories
- Track sentiment patterns across themes
- Spot trends and spikes at a glance
- Prioritize improvements based on grouped feedback
Whether you want to monitor UI issues, payment failures, feature requests, or onboarding experiences, Apptics now helps you align store feedback seamlessly with your workflow.
Tags
Review tagging helps you group reviews based on shared characteristics and manage them more effectively.
Apptics provides a set of commonly used attributes as predefined tags and suggests AI-generated tags automatically. You can additionally create your own custom tags and assign them to related reviews to create feedback clusters.
- Navigate to ASO > Reviews > Tags. From the Tags module, you can:
- Create and manage tags
- Assign tag colors for visual clarity
- Link/unlink tags to categories
- Filter reviews based on selected tags
- Analyze review percentage, sentiment, frequency, and trend movement for each tag
Categories
Categories help you bundle related tags into broader themes, giving you a unified view of the feedback topics that users discuss most.
This helps you consolidate scattered feedback from user reviews into structured insights that your team can use to prioritize and respond to users more effectively.
- Navigate to ASO > Reviews > Categories. Under the Categories module, you can:
- Create categories
- View predefined category groups
- Link or unlink multiple tags at once
- Monitor reviews by category
- Analyze how the themes behind reviews evolve over time
Visual trend insights
A user review that appears casual can still be a rich source of qualitative product data.
Both tags and categories include trend breakdowns, helping you understand review intent and sentiment shifts over time. Tag-level insights help you recognize recurring themes, pain points, and feature expectations more clearly.
This makes it easier for your team to prioritize fixes, enhancements, and optimizations that impact ASO outcomes.
