Login + mail delivery issues for a couple of accounts (related)

I'm wanting to switch my email accounts to Zoho for lightlabstudios.com

I can't figure out who the super admin is for my account. I login with erica@lightlabstudios.com and don't have access to the control panel. I've tried the email I thought I used to sign up ( viniyoga@gmail.com), but is listed as not having an account. 

If I sign up for a new account, I'm unable to register my URL - www.lightlabstudios.com because it's already associated with an account. Is this the same as erica@lightlabstudios.com?

I used viniyoga@gmail.com to set up an account for a client (jodijae.com) and then removed viniyoga@gmail.com and made her super admin. 

Currently I can send emails from jodi@jodijae.com, but do not receive emails.

Can you look into both of these accounts and let me know what's going on and what I need to do to remedy both situations?
