We are Pharmaceutical company, started building our CRM application on Zoho.

Apart from CRM, we also need to have some forms which can be used by our employees, without having Zoho User account.

For example,

- Medical Representative would travel City to city for marketing purpose.

- We are planning to have an form (expense form), through which they can submit their daily expenses, so that at the end of the month, we can reimburse those expenses 

- For this purpose, we need to create a form using Zoho Creator, through which MRs can insert expenses.

- First, we want to have a login page (html), through which MRs can login. Once MRs login, it will redirect them to Expense Form to insert their expenses. One of the field (ID) in the expense form will get populated automatically with Username used by MR, ensuring no Spam entries in the system

We tried to find the solution for this, but unfortunately, we did not get any help.
