I've been using Zoho extensively for quite some time and genuinely think it's one of the most powerful and customizable business platforms available. Between Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics, I've invested a significant amount of time building automations, workflows, reports, and custom processes that have transformed how I manage my organizations.
As my use of the platform has grown, however, I've encountered something that I don't think is discussed enough with prospective customers.
If you operate multiple independent small businesses or nonprofit organizations, the cost of replicating those same premium capabilities across each organization can become substantial. Individually, the subscription costs seem reasonable. Collectively, they can add up much faster than expected.
By the time you fully appreciate the cumulative cost, you've often invested so much time building your systems that switching platforms is no longer a realistic option.
I recently reached out to Zoho because I wanted to continue expanding my use of the platform and was exploring additional Zoho products. My hope was to have a conversation about whether there were any options for long term customers managing multiple organizations. While I appreciate the response I received, it ultimately came down to standard pricing with very little opportunity to discuss the broader relationship.
I'm not posting this because I believe I'm entitled to a discount. Rather, I'm curious whether other users managing multiple organizations have experienced the same challenge, and whether Zoho has considered a loyalty program, multi organization pricing, or another approach that recognizes customers who continue to expand within the Zoho ecosystem.
I'd genuinely be interested in hearing how others have approached this.
