I have running a Mobile phone Retail and service Bussiness. and i need a programer to design or create a online SaaS program for my bussiness.
first this software has to log at least 10 users in same time
and it has to install on our domain ( windows server dedicated and SSL certificate)
it should have following modules.
Sales-Sales return. Multi Currency accept- Split payment
Purchase - we do direct purchase only. so we need to enter directly purchase invoice.
items has to enter by category wise ( Brand-Model-Catagory-Sub category)
while add purchase invoice we have to select the purchase currency. and we will input the purchase currency to system. and Cost and selling price has to show on Base currency ( we have Fix rate for most currencies )
Vendor- vendor currency
Service or Repair Module
In the service module while we accept a repair or service we need to assign to a technician. he only can edit the Repair order. he can assign the job to other technician.
SMS to customer.
Email to customer as PDF
Customer has to check the repair status on our web site
Report
Report we need to take by technician. technician history
sales history by date by salesman by product by brand
each and every category and sub category we need to see on report and print.
every report we have to print. and convert to pdf of this software.
on this software must have SMS facility.
