lookup questions

Hello

I've got a couple of questions about lookups

1) There appears to be a limitation about lookups if the field being searched on has a " in it. I am getting an error stating invalid entries found when trying to add a record. I have removed them and its all ok but can't see anything which states whether or not this is a limitation or whether there is something else.

2) I also have a number of lookups in my application forms and and created an number of views for the users to see the data included. In one form (contact), a field 'company name' is populated from a lookup to a form called 'organisation'. I have tried to add some further details from that original form by using the advanced display options. I am able to do this to a dgree but I can't include the country which comes from a lookup field. Is this a limitation or am I doing something silly.
