Lost Images w/ Plugin

When I add or save a document with images, while using the Zoho plug-in for Microsoft Word, the images disappear when I open the document online. However, when I insert images online, they show up when I reopen the document in Word via the plug-in.

Since I do most of my work in Word and not in the online editor, I prefer to insert/edit images in Word- is this possible or is there a bug with the plug-in?
