Is there any documentation on the persistent chat bar at the bottom of Zoho?

Are there videos on guidance on setting up a company using Zoho One?  ie process of adding employees, which apps to set up 1st, etc.  Zoho One is VERY overwhelming, but AMAZING!!!

Whats the difference between Contact Manager vs CRM, SalesIIQ vs Desk, Connect vs Cliq vs Chat, People  vs Zoho Admin Users.
