Before I subscribe to the Mail Add-on, I learnt bcc'ing all out-going messages to Zoho and they'll then be tagged nicely inside Leads / Contacts. I felt great about it but that missed the in-coming message sent by clients.

So I went on to pay extra trying to have both in-coming and out-going mails automatically tagged inside Leads / Contacts, without even needed to do the bcc' procedure.

Now it seems to me that it doesn't work the way I thought. After I set up my POP account, I do see all the in-coming messages from the 'Email' tab, and alerts of any customer sending in emails from the little 'envelope icon' on the top right, BUT, TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, I don't see any of these in-coming and out-going mails tagging automatically with the respective Leads / Contacts. Even if I do back the bcc' procedure, there is a funny drop box on the right of the Email section inside the Leads / Contacts where you'll have to click for one or the other choices before you can see the email listing.

Afterall, would I be able to get 'automatic' tagging (I mean channeling and attaching) of all in-coming and out-going emails from my own email address. If this is not a function offered by the Mail Add-on, I guess I will need to give up paying that extra.
