I signed out of my Zoho mail app. When I tried to log back in I received a message saying, 

"mail/contacts/calendar services are not enabled for your account. please contact your admin to enable these services through the control panel". 

No settings were changed in the control panel since the app was installed. What do I do to get back into the mail app?
