Dear Zoho Team,
i have a company email , putting on website , so customer can send email to this for consultant on products.
I would like to assgin round robin to staffs of sale teams.
Though i try a few way ,but still not good :
1/ Setup group in Zoho Mail Admin, it will send email to all staffs in group . But round robin automation asssignment is not possible, leads is leaked .
2/ Setup that email in Zoho desk , and set rules, it satisfy our needs. Only problem is that team needs to work with many Applications ( CMR and Desk ) , it is not effciency.
Therefore, please suggest me any other way to achieve this .
