I recently tried the Zoho Mail Add-On to monitor my emails for account related messages.  At the same time I added the Outlook Plugin to help sync contacts and calendar items to Zoho. 

I setup the Outlook plugin to create new leads from unknown contacts by choosing the Leads drop-down in the email section of the plug-in.  The Plugin seems to have ignored that setting and created new Contacts and Accounts for all those unknown contacts which synced to Zoho books and Zoho Campaigns, making it an absolute Train Wreck.  I removed the Outlook plugin and hope to avoid that misery in the future.

On the matter of the Zoho Mail Add-on.  The most frustrating thing is the POP3 limitation to access to my current mail.  The fact that it marks everything as read every time it pulls mail is frustrating to say the least.  It also does not sync sent mail from either side (Outlook or direct from Zoho).  That said, I decided to disable the mail and opt for the BCC email address.  Unfortunately, email still being downloaded via POP despite having disabled it.  How the heck to I get this to stop?  There doesn't appear to be any other places do disable this feature.

Oh yeah, I can't stress how frustrated I am with the lack of tech support.  Forums only, really?
