I'm planning to send a mail merge with zoho's Writer, and I would like to know who's opened my email and when. 

I found this, but I don't know if it works with mail merge:  https://getmailspring.com/setup/enable-zoho-com-read-receipts

Is there something in zoho that I can use to know?

Or will that 3rd party app above, or another work?
