Hi I have inserted all my email contact of my suppliers and i sent it through by mail merge.  I am using ZOHO mail so that is why I could just use mail merge easily to mails to my supplier with their customized name and details.  

I have received a lot of quote from my supplier because I was using mail merge.  But the problem is there have alot of the replied with strange lay out when I got the reply and because of that, there have alot of email I could not read properly.

Please see if you are able to solve this problem
