Mail opened on Zoho Mail App does not appear in Outlook

Hi, 

I have my zoho mail account set up on the Zoho Mail App on my Android device and I have the same zoho mail account setup on Microsoft Outlook (syncing with Activesync). 

Now the problem I have is, when I receive / read a mail first on my Zoho Mail App, it never gets synced to Outlook. That means I have an incomplete version of my mailbox in Outlook that does not have all mail. My Zoho Mail App seems to be complete with all mails. 

Is there a setting I can set to fix this so both the Zoho Mail App and Outlook have exactly the same complete emails?
