"I have round robin functions"İt is  providing to  Assigns leads from the lead channels to another user.(Exmp.If leads come from facebook assignt to xxx@xxx user)  But System does not detect round robin assigning lead to user.

I am trying to when lead came and converted to  contact + create deal, I want to send a mail templates with workflows from Deal module but it does not working.

Can you help?
