MailBox Size Exceeds Limit - Account Blocked
Our email was blocked because it exceeded the 5.0GB limit.
We did the cleanup and now it is well below the limit, however we are not able to configure Outlook, it informs that logon failure and message that the service is disabled:
The settings are correct, the problem started after there was the blocking because it exceeded the limit.
How to solve this problem?

Fizemos a limpeza e agora está bem abaixo do limite, porém não conseguimos configurar o Outlook, informa que falha de logon e mensagem que o serviço está desabilitado: As configurações estão corretas, o problema começou depois que houve o bloqueio porque excedeu o limite.
