Major hassle forming chat groups
I'm trying to invite users to a chat group but nobody seems to respond. One told me he did not receive the invite, but had to log in to Zoho and go to Groups in order to join. He only knew to do it because I had told him to look out for the invitation which I assumed Zoho would send him.
I am sure it was not such a problem to form groups when I did it before. Is there an issue now?
The only reason I want to form a group is to make it easy to apply permissions to a set of private wiki pages and change them en bloc when members change. Even when it worked the process of going via Chat was convoluted and non-intuitive. I wish I could just unilaterally make selected users members of a group as an administrative task
