Manual tracking of email in Zoho One/Outlook
Goodevening everyone,
We are considering implementing Zoho One for our organisation. We have still one concern though;
Our mail serveur is hosted on OVH (IMAP). We are using Outlook 2016 on a daily basis.
We recieve a lot of mails from our customers and we want to be able to track some of them in Zoho. We don't want to track them all though. Some are useless and some are very informal. Our future users don't feel good about tracking all of them.
Our question is then:
Is it possible to track only the mails we want?
We tried different setups but still haven't figured out how to reach that goal,
