I'm looking to send about 7k emails out.  I have them in CSV format with most being people I have previously communicated with.  My questions are:

* What is the process for using Zoho to send this group of emails out utilizing Microsoft 365 ? I'm not using Zoho email.

** How to import process for CSV files?

*** How to avoid a large creation of duplicate contacts?

* Is there an ability to run a mass email campaign without having contacts?

** How are contacts added to the CRM when using the mass email campaign?

*** Can a campaign be a separate function of the CRM?
