We've succesfully integrated our mautic installation with Zoho, and we are able to push new leads into our Zoho crm.
Separately, we've created a workflow so our sales rep is notified via an email whenever a lead is ready to be contacted.

When we manually create a new lead, the workflow works as expected. When mautic pushes a new lead, the lead is created succesfully, but no email is sent.

Is there a way we can configure the workflow to work with leads coming from mautic?
