Do ZohoSign custom modules count against the maximum I am permitted to have?

Do ZohoSign custom modules count against the maximum I am permitted to have?

I have a five-user license for One.  I believe this gets me up to 10 custom modules.

In the "Modules" section of One Setup, there are three modules labeled as "Custom" but which are associated with the integration of ZohoSign.

Do those three modules count against the 10 available to me with my One subscription?
