Merge emails from a Zoho Mail Account and a POP Mail Account

I'm working to transition my email service from Google mail to Zoho mail. I've successfully setup the POP mail account to pull-in all of my old email from GMail. I've also setup the default Zoho mail account to now send email using my company email address. Before I change my MX server to the Zoho settings I'd like to merge together my emails from the POP setting with the Zoho email folders. Can this be done or will I have to continue to go into the POP mailbox for historic emails after I transition to the Zoho mail server?
