There is a highlighted message at the bottom of my email window that says "Unable to connect chat server...", and then it says something like "Connecting" or "Trying to connect".

 

I don't want to connect to a chat server... I don't want to see that highlighted message there all the time... and I've found no way to get rid of it.  It's kind of alarming.  It bugs me to think that my system is trying to do something that I have not requested it to do.

 

Is there a way to get rid of that message?  I have checked all of my Zoho settings (to the best of my ability) to ensure that I have no chat features turned on.
