Microsoft Has A Problem

I'm not even sure this post [letter?] will go thru, as I haven't been
able to log into my account for several weeks. But I "am" sending
this to "Yoho Writer Bugs," so I hope this will help.

My problem is this: whenever I log into my account (and yes, I have
the right user name and password, all in lower case) -- I almost
immediately get that annoying pop-up from Microsoft, saying that
"Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close."

I have no idea what could be causing this, but I need to get into my
Zoho Writer pages and this is becoming very frustrating.

Also, I'm not sure just "how" to find the Forum for an answer to
this -- but if someone could email me with a link, it would be
appreciated. (If not, I'll keep looking and hopefully will find it
without Microsoft showing up again.)
