Hello

when trying to connect MS Word 2010 to Zoho CRM via the published Office add-in ($3/mo/user)  - we are getting the following error  (image below).    I am testing Zoho CRM for a magazine article concerning mail merges, so it needs to work seamlessly.  If we click "yes" to running scripts,  the connection is made - but the application does not respond correctly  (unable to add merge fields... unable to save... etc.) .    If we click "no" - then the connection is aborted. 

I need this to work and work quickly as I am on an article deadline.  Any and all help greatly appreciated. !
