Microsoft Word Mail Merge Error when inserting fields

I have downloaded the Zoho Microsoft office plug in so I can do mail merges for address labels. 

I'm trying to create a new template within Word. When I try to insert fields, I get the same error report no matter which field or module I select. Below is a screen shot.
