Hi all, it seems that I can only sync ZOHO CRM with a new folder in Outlook Calendar, Contacts and Tasks, not with an existing calendar, contacts, or tasks already in Outlook/Microsoft365. Is this correct?

If so, it is a pretty big limitation!  Are there any workarounds or 3rd party products to resolve this?
