Hi, I saw that Remote Authentication will be deprecated soon, and have some questions when try to use SAML single sign-on method as you recommended.

Currently, we automatically sign up our valid user to zoho desk with Remote Authentication "Sign-up Operation" url if client is not registered. And we have already implemented zoho ASAP integration also.

If we do SAML single sign-on migrate, I'd like to confirm that 

1) I have to setup a SAML IDP server on our side(we don't support now), so zoho desk can act as a SP server for authentication, right?

2) After authentication on our IDP server, will zoho automatically signup user after receive SAML response? can ASAP integration automatically detect user by email ?

3) Do we support "redirect" to specific article after SAML authentication?
