More information Related Details widget area
It would be great to have more related information added to related details when creating a client ticket.
For example Account Information. We have a "Support Plan" field where we select Gold, Silver and Bronze and it would be good if we could choose what fields we could see in that Account Information widget so Support Plan could be visible. You might also be able to highlight accounts which are "At Risk" so we can ensure they get very careful treatment.
It would also be good to see more information about the tickets the user already has open. If I was on a call with the user and creating this ticket, it would be nice to see how many tickets they have open and perhaps the subject. This would help me have a more informed conversation with the customer.
