Moving from GoDaddy Easydata Base to Zoho

I am NOT a programmer.  I have emailed you several times, spent hours researching your site following the links I get in response to my emails (which usually do not come within 24 hours), reading forums, all sorts of instructions and suggestions, user guides,get  started guides, and FAQ sections - all to no avail.  I have been told I can hire someone to customize this for me, but I think I shouldn't have to pay to understand how to create something that should be very basic.  The only GoDaddy customer specific info I have found is how to import the database.

I repeat, I am NOT a programmer, which means the vast majority of things I've read I do not understand.  I am a volunteer at a high school.  

I have imported my database (although I had to convert it to xls as your program does not support the newest version of Access.

I have built my application - with the embeddable search box exactly as I want it.

However, when items are entered into the search boxes, nothing is returned.  No views, no reports, no messages - nothing.  

This is what is supposed to happen:
When a student enters their ID number and last name - if the ID number they entered matches the last name in the database, then they should get a report/view listing all records that pertain just to them - no one else's.

If the ID number and last name do not match, they should get an error message telling them this.

In no circumstances, should their completion of this online form add/edit/delete any data to the database.  All this should be is a way for them to VIEW data that is unique to them.

Please help as GoDaddy pulls the plug on this in two days.
