MS Office Plugins: Login failed

I registered for an Zoho Account a few days ago. Today I install the Zoho Plugins f�r MS-Word and Excel (Office 2003). Login access failed ("Authentication Failed. Please check username...), although I ensured username and password ist correct. Login with browser is o.k.
