MS Outlook Plugin

I have gone to the help menu and followed the instructions for installing the plug in to allow upload of contacts from Outlook.  but when I click on Add-on's the help screen says

To download and install the Zoho CRM Plug-in

    1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
    2. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.
    3. In the Outlook Plug-in page, select the Microsoft Outlook version from the drop-down list.
      You can check the the version for Microsoft Outlook in your system.
But 'Outlook Plug-in' is not an option.  Where can I find it?
