Multiple "Send and Add To Zoho CRM" iterations created in MS Outlook

We've started having a new problem in the past week or so. We added the plugin for MS Outlook and it's been working fine for the past 5 months. Now, a new iteration of  "Send and Add To Zoho CRM" is created in the Zoho CRM menu bar every time we create a new email. We've uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, but the problem persists. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to solve it and could you share that resolution?
