MX Records Issue

MX Records Issue

I've changed MX records on my provider's page but got this message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.

I can send, but I cannot receive emails.

I have sent two requests to support and have received nothing from Zoho. Can someone please help me resolve this?
