My Account is inactive

My Account is inactive

Hi Support team,

My business account (email phuongnam@vpppn.com) returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Creator.

Unfortunately, the locked account also means that I cant access my previous business emails and business CRM data having a major impact on my business.

Could someone please activate the account as soon as possible.
