My email is blocked. apparently due to an outgoing mail quota. Is this going to happen every day?

My email is blocked. apparently due to an outgoing mail quota. Is this going to happen every day?

I am trying to transition from Yahoo and have just started using Zoho.
 Today I get a message that says I cannot send emails.  
"Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked"
It seems there is a daily quota on emails I can send?
Is this going to happen every day?
