my folders are not working

my folders are not working

The default folders (my docs, shared files) are mostly working fine, but Trash and all of my custom folders are not displaying the files within.

For example, I have nearly 200 files shared. About 30 of them should be in a "pending" folder (and were a few days ago). Now nothing displays in the pending folder. Nothing displays in Trash either, and I have a bunch of files in Trash (that I can't see, so I don't know if I can empty the trash folder).

I have tried going to a doc and using the "create a folder from tag" option, but that isn't working either.

Help please!
