My office 365 wont sync w/ Zoho

My office 365 wont sync w/ Zoho

I have the Calendar Syncing but keep getting a universal coordinated time appt setup in out look.
I schedule a 6am event in Zoho.
The event syncs with my outlook in the 6am slot.
When I hover my curser over the appt in outlook it says 6am
When i open the event in outlook it says 10 am universal coordinated time

Any ideas?
