My Open Tickets Missing Populated Data
I need help. For some reason when in My Open Tickets (table view) information that is populated on the ticket is now showing up on the view. This just recently started happening. It works fine in any custom created views, but not the canned views that are defaulted in. Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
The black boxes are populated with data but are redacted to insure the privacy of our customers.
Example: Yellow fields showing as blank but the ticket has all of this information on it
