My public IP address is displayed in "Show Original"

My public IP address is displayed in "Show Original"

Greetings! I wanted to make sure that recipient of my emails wouldn't be able to see my IP address, so I sent an email to my account in another mail service and found that IP was perfectly visible and titled by "Received: from...".

Is it possible to do something about this? Thanks for your answer.
