I sent an invitation to my friend (using the zoho invitations) to register with zoho mail. He has now completed everything required. Neither me or my friend hasn't received the bonus 5 email addresses to our accounts. is it taking time to happen?

I asked the friend to try claim bonus users option, but it hasn't even worked. Please help. if we have done these things incorrectly, let us know how to do these things correctly. (We are sure we followed the guidelines correctly)
