Our company website is www.lusailmedical.com but visitors cannot access the site since few months, after researching we found out that the only way to access the site is to type https://lusailmedical.zohosites.com/ .

we do own the domain name which is purchased from AWS domain services and the licenses still valid but we do not know how to resolve this critical issue.
