Native feature - parent child ticketing

Hi all,

I think I don't need to elaborate on why the Parent-Child Ticketing extension is not really usable. I think we all agree on that :D (Parent ID/Link not available in reports, not available in Ticket Table View, not available in Zoho Analytics, no API Support, no workflow support etc.)

I was told ages ago by support that a similar feature was under development natively in Desk. At the time, I was told that it would be released in the second quarter of 2023. Since I, like probably some others, am looking for a feature that is really usable and does not feel like a workaround, I am very interested in when the feature will finally be rolled out.

Does anyone know anything more specific?
