I would need help creating the following script

We use Zoho Bookings for our customers to schedule their order appointments. the created meetings are pushed to CRM. I would need to have an automatic way to associate the meeting with a brand (module = Vendors). The Brand name can be derived from the meeting title which will always be: FirstName Lastname @ Brand Name
